Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh launched the “Lebanese Food Festival” at the Elements restaurant on Thursday.
The event was attended by Lebanese Ambassador Fawzy Kabbara, media representatives and influencers.
The culinary team at Elements, along with Chef Ahmed Al-Zoghbi, a visiting chef from Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, prepared a variety of mouth-watering Lebanese dishes with the finest ingredients.
Tarek Bekhiet, regional director of marketing, said: “At Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, we are keen to bring unique and distinctive culinary and cultural experiences by hosting different food festivals.” Bekhiet also pointed out that the food festival is widely admired by local guests for its exquisite dishes and cultural ambience.
The food festival offers a daily all-inclusive dinner buffet starting 7 p.m. until midnight at the Elements restaurant. Guests can enjoy a variety of appetizers and traditional Lebanese mezze like hummus, fried kebbe, tabouleh, grape leaves and many more. At the hot food buffet, guests can indulge in a wide variety of authentic main courses from Beirut. They can then round off the evening with a selection of oriental and international desserts.
“Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh continues to constantly distinguish itself by offering a blend of diverse cultural experiences prepared by the most talented international chefs with top professional expertise from the best global culinary schools and others from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts around the world,” said Bekhiet.
“Along with Ahmed Al-Zoghbi, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh looks forward to welcome you at Elements to experience the authentic Lebanese cuisine,” he added.
For reservations, guests can call +966 11 211 5500. The festival will continue until March 31.
