Prince Mohammed bin Khalid Abdullah Al-Faisal, Saudi Telecom Company (STC) chairman, recently inaugurated the first-of-its-kind digital STC store in the Kingdom.

The innovative store will adopt the best international practices in order to enrich the customer experience.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Nasser bin Sulaiman Al-Nasser, STC Group CEO; Ulaiyan Al-Wetaid, VIVA Bahrain CEO; Emad A. Alaoudah, STC Channels chairman; and Faisal Alsaber, STC Channels CEO.

Prince Mohammed bin Khalid described the new store as “a wonderful step taken toward achieving digitization, requiring a change in the interactive way with customers in line with consumers’ lifestyles witnessed in the digital age.”

The store offers 24-hour self-customer services through dedicated devices. A digital pickup service will also be made available through dedicated boxes.

“The inauguration of the store, therefore, reinforces STC’s commitment to achieving digital transformation across multiple channels, such as the MySTC application,” the company said in a press release.

All STC services will be provided, including Smart Home, Jawwy TV, STC Pay, and other services offered to individuals or companies, in addition to the organization of many educational workshops targeting customers in the technology sector. The company hopes this will contribute to transforming the STC store into a dedicated platform in charge of meeting all the requirements and aspirations of its customers.
