Chopard, in collaboration with partner Attar United, opened its new design concept boutique located at the luxurious Kingdom Mall in Saudi Arabia. The mall is considered to be one of the major landmarks in the city of Riyadh.
White oak, leather, silk and velvet are the elements that have been chosen to preserve the boutique’s comfortable and charming atmosphere. The warmth of the new design is aimed at giving visitors the feeling of going into a private home. The store features sections dedicated to high-end jewelry, watches and accessories. The Chopard boutique includes an exclusive VIP room to welcome selected guests into the world of Chopard in a warm and private ambiance.
“A boutique that combines the warmth and comfort of an elegant yet homely atmosphere, a place where every visitor can feel at home,” Chopard said in a statement describing the new outlet.
Each detail of the boutique has been thought through in conjunction with Caroline Scheufele, co-president and artistic director of Chopard. She said: “We are happy to announce, along with our partner Attar United, the opening of the new Chopard boutique in Saudi Arabia, which will provide a unique customer experience.”

The first Chopard boutique opened in Hong Kong in 1983. By 1998, there were just 15 points of sale worldwide. Since then, the brand’s development has steadily accelerated. Chopard is currently represented in 130 countries through 1,600 points of sale and 146 dedicated boutiques, located in the world’s major capitals and in shopping centers.
Chopard, the Swiss manufacturer and retailer of luxury watches, jewelry and accessories, was founded in 1860 by Louis-Ulysse Chopard in Sonvilier, Switzerland. Chopard has been owned by the Scheufele family of Germany since 1963. Its clients have included Tsar Nicholas II of Russia. The company is headquartered in Geneva and has a site in Fleurier, Canton of Neuchâtel, which manufactures watch movements.
