A new Italian restaurant, Annabella, has opened doors in Riyadh, with much fanfare. The inauguration ceremony was attended by First Counselor of the Italian Embassy in Riyadh Valerio de Parolis, along with employees of the embassy, and a group of prominent media influencers in the Kingdom.
Annabella specializes in a distinguished variety of unique Italian dishes, made from authentic recipes and using fresh natural ingredients. Famous Italian chef Nicola Offredi, a recipient of the Medal of Knights presented by the Italian president, is leading the culinary team at the restaurant.
Speaking on the occasion, Ziad Kassabieh, CEO of Advanced Foods Company, which operates Annabella, said: “We are very happy to launch our business in the city of Riyadh, out of our belief in the need to enhance the tourism potential of the Kingdom in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. We have set our sights on serving the most delicious Italian dishes, which are very popular in the Kingdom due to their unique flavors and distinctive recipes, and to always strive to reach the level of our customers’ expectations and desires.”
On offer are a combination of both classic and modern Italian dishes, including salads, soups, pasta, risotto and others. The main course includes the likes of grilled beef fillet, veal escalope Milanese, grilled salmon and more. As for desserts, the classic Italian homemade tiramisu, panna cotta, chocolate souffle and a variety of ice creams are available.
Ingredients for Annabella’s Italian fare are sourced from the local environment, and imported with meticulous care and attention to provide an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.
The restaurant is strategically located in one of the capital city’s most happening neighborhoods, on the Northern Ring Road, Exit 5, in Levels Mall. It starts operations at 12 p.m. in the afternoon and runs until 1:30 a.m. daily.
