Mulla to head telecom authority

JEDDAH, 6 June  — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd yesterday appointed Muhammad Jameel Ahmad Mulla as governor of the Saudi Telecom Authority.


In a royal decree, the king said Mulla was selected for the job on recommendation of Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard.


The Council of Ministers endorsed the rules and regulations of the telecom authority during its last meeting. (SPA)
