RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Justice has launched a new case archiving feature on its judicial e-services portal, Najiz, which promises to bolster client privacy and control, Saudi Press Agency reported on Thursday.
The new feature allows clients to ensure that attorneys have access only to the cases they are assigned.
To use the service, users log into their Najiz accounts, proceed to the “cases” section, and follow the instructions to archive their cases securely. The process requires a mobile verification step, which adds an extra layer of security.
Najiz hosts over 160 electronic judicial services, streamlining legal procedures for its users. Services include judicial, enforcement, and notarization activities, saving clients the need to visit judicial facilities in person.
