Cayan Group, one of the Middle East’s leading real estate developers, announced awarding ZETAS Zemin Teknolojisi the enabling package for its upcoming project — Cayan Cantara — in Dubai.

Rising on Umm Suqeim road, the project will comprise branded residences and hotel apartments featuring design and facilities, including retail shops, restaurants, a spa, a glass-walled swimming pool, a fitness center, a high outdoor screen and a conference hall.

Unveiled at Cayan Group’s launch earlier in April, Cayan Cantara will see Cayan Group as main developers, Nikken Sekkei as the international architects, Dewan Architects as the local architects and ZETAS as enabling contractors who commenced work on the project’s site since the end of August.

Cayan Cantara site is currently witnessing different activities with the site fencing being complete while shoring, piling and excavation will follow soon. The project is estimated to be completed by Q4 2018.
