Banque Saudi Fransi Academy, the first banking academy in Saudi Arabia has earned ISO certification from the International Organization for Standardization presented by Intertek International company, making the academy the first and only Saudi banking academy to earn this certificate.

Muneer Khayat, head of Human Resources Group, emphasized BSF's determination in keeping the international standards, which requires passing the highest standards in quality management and regular monitoring of quality in order to achieve the highest level of customer service.

"And this is considered to be our commitment to the bank, by following the best international practices in the financial sector," he said.

Earning the ISO certificate ISO9001:2008 for quality management highlights the fact that Banque Saudi Fransi is the school of banking and the employer of choice in the Saudi financial sector.

Khalid Al-Sagr, head of BSF’s academy, clarified that earning this certificate helps in presenting the highest level of professionalism by adapting the international standards.

He also stressed on the fact that the academy works on the basis of a clear vision and a distinguished professional performance while keeping in mind transparency and integrity in all the services, and achieving the bank's vision of Banque of Excellence" through building strategic partnership between the academy, clients and the employees.
