FRiENDi Mobile, a package offered by Virgin Mobile KSA, seeks to boost its domestic market share in 2016, especially after recording “remarkable growth” in the telecom market over the last year, said Aziz Amine, head of FRiENDi brand.

He added that FRiENDi gained the Saudi expatriates’ confidence and managed successfully to enhance its relationship with them through the sponsorship of cultural, social and sports activities.

“2015 was a significant year for FRiENDi package that spreads successfully across the Kingdom. There are FRiENDi recharge cards in more than 30,000 outlets covering all parts of the kingdom,” Amine said.

“The facades of more than 200 outlets were branded as FRiENDi. The recharge cards are also available at the major shopping malls and markets, such as Bin Dawood, Panda, Othaim Markets, Lulu, SASCO Palm, Carrefour, Sahel Mart and Meed,” he added.

Amine said FRiENDi seeks to make its users in touch with their families and friends inside and outside Saudi Arabia by providing them with distinctive and abundant packages as well as high-speed Internet and international tariffs starting from 55 halalas per minute.

In addition, FRiENDi provides affordable Internet packages starting from SR1.99 for 30 MB per day, to allow its customers to browse the Internet whenever they want at low prices, taking into account clients’ needs.

Amine added that Virgin mobile customer care champions dealing with the FRiENDi package work around the clock to answer calls at record speed and in different languages such as Arabic, English, Malayalam, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and Tagalog.

Amine stated that the team is working hard to satisfy customers’ needs by providing them with great offers of international and local calls.

“FRiENDi will remain a suitable choice not only for those interested in international telecom services but also for all customers across the Kingdom,” Amine said.
