Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier, is increasing its daily frequencies to Jeddah to four between Bahrain International Airport and King Abdulaziz International Airport effective from Feb. 22.

Earlier this month, the airline supplemented its existing Kuwait service and began operating six daily flights between Bahrain International Airport and Kuwait International Airport.

“The enhanced Gulf Air services give travelers a greater selection of morning, afternoon and evening flights,” said Gulf Air A/Chief Commercial Officer Ahmed Janahi. “This supplements our current schedules with complementary flight times that not only satisfy passenger need for more choice and flexibility but also create improved connections for those passengers connecting to Gulf Air’s network of onward destinations across the globe.”

Gulf Air operates one of the largest networks in the Middle East, with double daily flights or more to 10 regional cities, in addition to select destinations in the Indian Subcontinent and Europe, from its hub at Bahrain International Airport.

The airline currently boasts a network that serves 43 cities in 24 countries spanning three continents.
