Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) continued promoting the positive values of corporate culture and motivate its employees who enjoy different talents, through the opening of the bilingual (Arabic and English) Toastmasters Club in Riyadh, in the presence of Mobily leaders and number of the club founders.
Faiez Awadh, chief HR officer at Mobily, said: "The company aims to establish a culture of knowledge sharing and create a better working environment for its employees based on certain principles and criteria that would support the visions of the company to develop the skills of its employees.”
Awadh said: “The development of the company’s business begins from the development of the staff capabilities and skills. Therefore, we always support all initiatives that show interest in our staff, and this reflected on the numbers of Mobily’s Toastmasters clubs.”
Mobily was the first in telecom to establish the first Toastmasters certified club (in the art of oratory) within the telecom sector in the Kingdom.
Toastmasters International is considered an educational organization aiming to developing and training the individuals to become leaders and having skills in the art of public speaking and leadership.
Toastmasters International does this through innovative methods and modern educational means to provide them a supportive and positive environment.
