Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) says that it is offering permanent validity for recharged credit as long as the subscriber uses any of the company’s services at least once every 90 days.
This is based on the company’s new policy on credit validity of prepaid packages, which claims to offer an added big value for the subscriber to make it the first choice for them in the Kingdom.
Mobily also stated that validity of the recharge cards are no longer tied to a specific duration but associated with the subscriber usage of common services of the company, which makes retaining the sim cards of prepaid packages very easy and makes Mobily prepaid packages an "ideal choice" for the Saudi subscriber.
Mobily is keen to give all subscribers an added value, which enables them to use all products and services easily. The launch of new policy enables the subscriber to use only one service at least from the diverse services of calls, voice messages, the Internet, roaming, recharge credit or any subscription of added values every 90 days to maintain the validity.
Mobily added that it is giving prepaid packages high priority, and the company aims to enhance the value offered to subscribers in return to the price they paid.
Mobily added that it is prepared as well its branches around the Kingdom to offer the best services based on the best methods available to recharge their credit.
