JEDDAH: Four people were killed after performing Umrah on Sunday after their car collided with another vehicle on the Jeddah Coast-Jazan highway.

The deceased are three teachers from Al-Muthailif, north of Al-Qunfudah, and their friend, a government employee. Fellow teachers said it was a great loss to the profession.

Mohammad Al-Zahmi, director of education in Al-Qunfudah, Ali Abu Talib Al-Abdali, and other education supervisors expressed their condolences to the families of the deceased, according to reports.
