MADINAH: Seven people have been killed and 12 injured in separate road accidents. A Saudi woman was among those killed and her baby was among the injured.

According to the police, a youth lost his life while another was seriously injured when their car overturned at the Riyadh exit on Thursday.

In a similar accident on Friday, two youths were killed and another was injured. Saudi Red Crescent personnel moved the injured to the Saudi-German Hospital.

In yet another similar accident on the same day, one person died and four people were injured. Two of the injured were admitted to the city’s Watani Hospital, while the other two were taken to Ansar Hospital in a serious condition.

Three deaths and six injuries were reported in accidents in the city on Saturday, Saudi Red Crescent said.

A youth was killed and another critically injured when their vehicle met with an accident on the Tabuk-Madinah road around 6 p.m, it said.

A Saudi woman was killed and her baby, three others from her family and their driver were injured on the Al-Hijrah Road around 7 p.m, it added.
