RIYADH: Dirab Lions, Diriyah Dolphins and Huraymala Gladiators won their matches in the fourth round of RCA Champions League cricket tournament, organized by Riyadh Cricket Association in collaboration with Cricket Saudi International Academy. Gladiators’ Abdul Waheed scored his 2nd ton of the tournament.
Dirab Lions vs. Al Majma’ah United: In a thrilling encounter, Dirab Lions edged past Majma’ah by 2 wickets. Majma’ah posted 212 for 3 wickets. Fahad Saleem (59), Raja Ejaz (47) and Amjad Ali (41) were the main contributors. Abubakar, Majid and Saqib took a wicket each.
In reply Dirab Lions Saddam Khan (78) and Faisal (33) gave Majma’ah a solid start. Later Syed Adeedl (28), Hassan Javed (28) and Sadiq (21 not out) ensured victory. Asif Butt and Raja Ejaz grabbed 2 wickets each while Yasif and Yassir got 1 wicket each.

Huraymala Gladiators vs. Hayer Tigers: Huraymala Gladiators defeated Tigers by 26 Runs. Gladiators scored 228 for 5 in the allotted 20 overs. Abdul Waheed smashed 122 off 58 balls, his second century of the event. Zahid Mahmood and Imran Raja scored 25 and 22 respectively. Majed took 2 wickets.
In Reply Tigers were bowled out for 202 runs. Nadeem Shah scored a rapid 58 runs. Farhan Mushtaq (35) and Muzaffar Majeed (28) were the other run getters. Muhammad Saeed was the pick of the bowlers who grabbed 3 wickets while Zian Ullah and Adnan Ahmed shared 2 wickets each.

Diriyah Dolphins vs Al Kharj Kings: Diriyah Dolphins thumped Alkharaj Kings by 4 wickets. Asked to bat first, Kings scored 164 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. After an early collapse, Munawar Shafi (64) and veteran Nadeem Babar (30) held the inning together. Ayaz Khaja scored 23. Ibrar Ul Haq bowled brilliantly and picked up 4 wickets. Zainal got 2 wickets.
