Royal Court chief Khaled Al-Tuwaijri has announced on his personal Twitter account — @kt_tuwaijri — that he would follow individuals who have sent him personal messages with their grievances.

Al-Tuwaijri vowed to add followers in groups of 50 upon successfully addressing their cases.

“I am honored to communicate with everyone, but as you can see, it is impossible to deal with correspondence simultaneously on Twitter. This is not even including individuals who have approached me through official channels,” he said on Twitter.

“I would like to communicate with the largest number of residents possible, which is why I am going to add a number of people on a regular basis,” he said.

“Priority will be given to citizens or individuals who want to file complaints against an official authority.”
