JEDDAH, 4 August  — Civil Defense officers in Jeddah’s Al-Salama district closed down 481 warehouses for violating safety regulations. Meanwhile, the Jeddah Municipality cleared 111 warehouses used for storing inflammable materials in total disregard to public safety. Col. Ali Al-Oqaily, acting director of the Civil Defense, said power supply has been cut off to the warehouses which violated safety rules.
