TAIF, 8 August — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday visited Sheikh Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah Al-Sheikh, the grand mufti and chairman of the Council of Senior Islamic Scholars, and Sheikh Saleh ibn Muhammad Al-Laheedan, chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, at their residences in Taif. The crown prince, who is on an inspection tour of the resort, was accompanied by a large number of princes and high-ranking officials including Prince Miteb, minister of public works and housing, Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed and Prince Turki Al-Faisal, director of intelligence.
