RIYADH, 25 August — A Saudi sex attacker and an Indian convicted of heroin smuggling were beheaded in Riyadh yesterday, the Interior Ministry announced. Saudi national Dhuweihi ibn Fahid Al-Qahtani was found guilty of the “kidnap and sodomy of several children, theft and an armed hold-up at a service station”. Sayed ibn Mahbub Sayed Amir, an Indian, was caught smuggling heroin into the Kingdom.
