CALIFORNIA, 28 September — Sari Aseeri, a Saudi who was stabbed and left for dead on a sidewalk in broad daylight has been discharged from Santa Barbara hospital. Aseeri, an engineering student, was attacked just days after the terror attacks in the United States. He said someone had attempted to break into his room the night before the stabbing incident, but escaped when he awoke and switched on the light, Okaz reported yesterday.
