MAKKAH, 19 October — Interior Minister Naif, who is chairman of both the Higher Committee for Haj and the supervising committee for the King Fahd Institute for Haj Research, will attend a function to mark the 25th anniversary of the institute on Oct. 28. The prince will also open a seminar on Haj studies same day.
