JEDDAH, 24 October — A picnicking family of seven in Baha had a narrow escape when their car parked at the top of a hill overlooking the Raghdan forest started to roll toward a 1,000-meter deep ravine, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported yesterday. The driver of the car had got out to look for a place to take his family. Amid shouts for help by the women and children inside, the car was hindered by a rock on the slope. The driver said the had forgotten to apply the hand brake.
