JIZAN, 2 November — Civil Defense personnel here rescued a nine-year-old boy who fell into an uncovered sewage tank close to his school while playing with his classmates, Al-Bilad daily reported yesterday. Passersby called the Civil Defense after hearing the panicked cried of the children. The rescue team lifted up the unconscious boy using a ladder. The child was rushed to a nearby hospital where he recovered after receiving first aid.
