JEDDAH, 5 November — A five year-old girl drowned recently after falling into the water tank of a rest house in the city. The tank, which had a loose safety lid, was concealed under a carpet in the reception room. The rest house did not follow any safety regulations and the officials of the governorate closed the rest house and fined the owner.
