JUBAIL, 16 November — The labor dispute settlement board reinstated a Saudi employee of the Jubail Inter.Continental Hotel after he was dismissed on charges of assaulting a colleague. The board also ordered back-payment of his salary from the date of his dismissal. Khaled Al-Zahrani complained that he had been dismissed in an arbitrary manner after he refused to work as telephone operator while he was coordinator of personnel affairs.
