JEDDAH, 18 November — A Saudi-funded mosque has been opened in the Chadian city of Arada recently. The mosque was established at a cost of $60,000 by the family of Abdul Rahman Abdul Aziz Aba Nami, the Saudi charge d’affaires in N’Djamena, in cooperation with the Riyadh-based World Assembly of Muslim Youth. Aba Nami thanked WAMY for its cooperation with the Saudi Embassy in N’Djamena to carry out various projects in the service of Islam and Muslims in the country.
