MADINAH, 30 November — Madinah Police arrested a Saudi and his Pakistani accomplice involved in the forgery of a land deed worth SR3 million. The Saudi sought the help of the Pakistani to alter the figures and names in the original document and sell the plot to a businessman. The fraud was discovered at the time of the transfer of the ownership certificate at the court.
