DAMMAM, 21 December — A fire force boat rescued 25 crew members on board an Indonesian ship which caught fire at sea four nautical miles off Dammam port. The boat was sent to the Aramada Javeeta, which was carrying 4,000 tons of coal in its holds, soon after authorities at the King Abdul Aziz Port received a SOS call from the burning ship. The cargo is being unloaded from the ship, which has been berthed at wharf No. 39, according to Naeem Al-Naeem, director general of the port. All the crewmen are reported to be safe. (SPA)
