MUSCAT, 26 December — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd yesterday sent a message to Sultan Qaboos of Oman. Agriculture and Water Minister Abdullah ibn Muammar, who arrived here earlier in the day, handed the message to the Deputy Premier of Oman Fahd ibn Mahmoud Al-Saeed during a reception. (SPA)
