DAMMAM, 31 January — A leading establishment specializing in women’s and children’s clothes, Makae International, plans to become a joint stock company, with a total capital of the SR500 million, according to a top company official. Muhammad Al-Anzi, chairman of the board of directors of the company, said they are currently negotiating with a local bank to undertake the subscriptions, while an international consultancy firm has almost finalized a viability study of the conversion and its legal consequences. The company will be totally restructured soon, Al-Anzi added.
