RIYADH, 18 February — A team led by Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal will hold talks with top executives of international oil companies on the multibillion-dollar Saudi gas initiative in Los Angeles today. Lee Raymond, CEO of ExxonMobil, which leads a consortium of companies assigned to develop two of the three core venture projects, has underlined the significance of the meeting, which comes within two weeks of the deadline set for signing a framework agreement with the oil giants.
