RIYADH, 3 March — Deputy Finance Minister Dr. Jabara Al-Seraisry revealed yesterday that a number of ministries had actually started implementing e-government systems. “The Finance Ministry pays salaries of government employees and makes purchases electronically,” he said. However, he added that it was not possible to give an exact date for the full implementation of e-government in the Kingdom.
