CAIRO, 8 March — Labor and Social Affairs Minister Dr. Ali Al-Namlah yesterday refuted reports that the Kingdom was planning to get rid of Arab expatriate workers. Speaking to reporters here, he said 40 percent of an estimated five million expatriate workers in the Kingdom were Arabs. He said no retrenchment of staff had taken place in the Kingdom as a result of the Sept. 11 events.
