RIYADH, 12 March — A stateless man convicted of murder was beheaded in Riyadh yesterday, the Interior Ministry announced. Yehya ibn Mozhal Al-Anzi was convicted by a Riyadh court of crushing Abdul Rahman ibn Mashan Al-Anazi with his car after a row, the ministry said. (SPA)
