DAMMAM, 13 March — The 19-member constituent council for a private university college in the Eastern Province will hold its first meeting next week under the chairmanship of Governor Prince Muhammad ibn Fahd, it was revealed here yesterday. Efforts are also under way to set up a consultancy and technical committee to start the project. (SPA)
