MAKKAH, 13 March — Police in Makkah mounted a hunt for three Bangladeshis suspected of performing abortions illegally, Al-Madinah daily reported yesterday. The paper said the three expatriates ran away when the security officers raided their house in the Qauz Al-Nukasa district. The three were allegedly running an abortion clinic inside the old house without permit. Police confiscated medicines and equipment from the house. The paper said the three charged more than SR15,000 per abortion.
