RIYADH, 19 March — Police in Riyadh arrested on Sunday a Sri Lankan driver who tried to escape after allegedly murdering his compatriot, also a driver. Security officers tracked down the man after his sponsor gave them a copy of his residence permit. They caught the man in a Sri Lankan community residence, where he was hiding.
The murder took place last Saturday in front of a building of the Presidency of Girls’ Education.
