RIYADH, 23 April — The Passport Department will introduce a coupon system on May 14 to collect fees for its various services. This was disclosed here yesterday by Maj. Gen. Abdul Aziz Al-Sajeeni, director general of the department. The new system will be introduced initially in Riyadh. Riyad Bank and Al-Rajhi Bank branches in Riyadh will distribute the coupons, which will be available in denominations of SR50, SR100, SR200, SR300 and SR500.
