RIYADH, 25 April — A fire broke out at the residential quarters of King Khaled Hospital in Majma, 120 kilometers north of Riyadh, on Monday. Civil Defense personnel rescued 28 female nurses from the building, which caught fire late in the night, according to Maj. Abdullah Al-Husseini, director of the Civil Defense in the city. Only one of the nurses was injured in the fire, which was caused by short-circuit in a washing machine.
