RIYADH, 13 May — The Passport Department in Riyadh has announced that it will introduce a coupon system to collect the fees for various passport services, instead of the old system of bank deposits. The coupons, to be distributed by Riyad Bank and Al-Rajhi bank, will be available in SR50, SR100, SR200, SR300 and SR500 denominations. A statement issued by the department urged the public to read the instructions written behind the coupons. It said the department will no longer accept the bills of payment for any reason.
