JEDDAH, 14 May — An Afghan drug trafficker was beheaded yesterday in Makkah, the Interior Ministry announced. Habibullah ibn Rahmutallah was found guilty of smuggling heroin into the Kingdom that he swallowed on his arrest, the ministry said in a statement.
