JEDDAH, 17 May — The Commerce Ministry has issued a stern warning to owners of hotels and furnished apartments against making contracts with non-Saudi agencies for lodging Umrah pilgrims. Only Saudi establishments licensed to serve the pilgrims are allowed to enter into such contracts, Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, director for hotels and apartments at the ministry, said.
