RIYADH, 28 May — Morocco’s King Muhammad VI will pay a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia starting June 2 as part of a regional tour focused on the Palestinian issue, the Moroccan ambassador to Riyadh said yesterday. The king will hold talks with Prince Abdullah, the regent, on the “situation in the Middle East and results of ongoing contacts on the peace process,” Abdul Karim Al-Sammar said. King Muhammad and Prince Abdullah each held talks with US President George W. Bush in April.
