RIYADH, 5 June — The Kingdom will not allow vehicles registered in foreign countries to enter the country or cross its territory from Nov. 20 if they are not insured, the Interior Ministry announced yesterday. "The vehicles should have at least a third-party insurance cover from a company approved by the Kingdom," it said.
