RIYADH, 19 June — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd has approved a proposal by the Higher Education Council to establish two private universities. Higher Education Minister Dr. Khaled Al-Anqari said in a statement that one of the universities is an affiliate of Riyadh Charitable Foundation for Sciences, which owns Prince Sultan Private College for Boys and Prince Sultan Private College for Girls as well as Prince Sultan Private College for Dentistry, all in Riyadh. The other university is Dar Alfaisal, an affiliate of King Faisal Charitable Foundation, which owns Effat Private College in Jeddah and Prince Sultan College for Tourism and Hotel Management in Abha.
