RIYADH, 19 June — Al-Safi Danone, a member of the Al-Faisaliah Group, has donated SR2 million worth of equipment to the Deaf-Mute Club of the Eastern Province. Announcing this at a press conference here yesterday, Prince Muhammad Al-Faisal, chairman of the Al-Faisaliah Group, said Al-Safi Danone’s gesture was in response to a request from the club seeking support. Prince Muhammad said the latest donation from their company was in line with the group’s objective to support charitable activities. The club, set up in Dammam three months ago, has 200 members. (JH)
