RIYADH, 4 August — Riyadh’s first festival of culture and sports will be held on Sept. 19, according to a decision taken by Prince Sultan ibn Fahd, president of Youth Welfare. Announcing this, Abdulaziz Al-Seif, head of the festival’s higher organizing committee said that the event will shed light on the reputation earned by Riyadh Governor Prince Salman at the local, Arab and international levels. Prince Salman was behind all urban achievements accomplished in Riyadh, he said. The festival will feature a 15-km marathon from Prince Salman Social Center to King Fahd International Stadium. (SPA)
