RIYADH, 14 August — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd has approved a number of academic decisions adopted by the Council of Higher Education. Dr. Khaled Al-Anqari, minister of higher educations, said the decisions included assigning Dr. Abdullah ibn Abdul-Rahman Al-Othman as undersecretary for studies, development and followup at King Saud University. The decisions also provide for the establishment of a faculty of sciences in Jouf region as an affiliate of Riyadh-based King Saud University The faculty will include departments of mathematics, physics, computing and para-medical sciences.
