RIYADH, 24 October — Dr. Saleh Al-Athel, president of King Abdul Aziz City of Science & Technology, yesterday urged Saudi Telecom Company to revise telephone call rates, saying it constituted 75 percent of the total cost of Internet use. He said reduction of telephone charges will boost Internet use in the Kingdom. He highlighted KACST’s efforts to reduce Internet service charges.
