RIYADH, 12 November 2002 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd yesterday received here Prince Fahd ibn Badr who took oath of office as the governor of Al-Jouf region. He also received the GCC Secretary-General Abdul Rahman Al-Attiya, ambassadors of GCC states and the dean of the diplomatic corps who greeted the king on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
